Marksman Hunters Talent Aimed Shot is dealing 0 Damage , only applying the healing reduction debuff. Tryed all ranks and non of them deal damage, Used it over 20 Times to just check if the damage is invisible and if it would proc Piercing shots, however neither that had procced so i assume it might be related to not Consuming any Ammo.
