You will begin with a quest chain for Tier 1 raids: Molten Core and Onyxia.
After clearing the raid and completing the required quest, you will unlock access to the next raid tier, starting with Blackwing Lair. This progression will continue with a new Quest through each raid tier until the final Tier 5 raid, Naxxramas. Once Naxxramas is completed, you will unlock access to The Burning Crusade, including level 70 content and the first TBC raid tier.
From there, progression will continue through all TBC and Wrath of the Lich King raid tiers on level 80, ending with Icecrown Citadel and The Ruby Sanctum.
This system will not be account-wide. (atleast for now)
