Astral Disenchant exploit

I do not know if ALL of these steps are required, but the empty slots seem to be relevant:
1. Empty first 9 bag slots
2. Put ONE green+ item in bag in last slot (might just need to be 10th or higher slot?)
3. At disenchant table, put the same green+ item up 9 times.
4. receive 9 rewards for that one item.
