On my shaman counterattack procced my flametongue on each attack. What is more concerning healing myself with stacks of counterattack caused me to take dmg from it (both counter and flametongue)
Not sure if this was fixed or not but another gem – venom strike or something like that (that gives like 10 sec buff adding poison to your attacks) after expireing apply poison to the user
