The trio of Dwarfs in Uldaman are hostile only to horde players, and not alliance. Leading to some unfortunate side effects. Suggestion is that they should turn hostile to all, so you don’t end up with dead horde healer while they are friendly to rest of group.

Fixed, the dwarf trio is now hostile to everyone.
