Exploit and unwanted interactions with gems and stealth.

Stealth itself can proc gems, I’ve had it cast chain lightning on a mob when I was going in to stealth. Which immediately broke it.

An exploit while stealthed: If you spam pickpocket you can trigger gems without being attacked. As long as the mob can be pickpocketed you can kill it. Still works even after taking items.

I suggest removing many non-combat stealth abilities from gem procs. Distract, Stealth, Vanish, Sap, pickpocket, Blind, Gouge. I havent tested blind sap and gouge yet but I assume they can probably proc things.
