Mage proc on cast does nothing for any gem.

The proc rates and damage of the gems on my mage are doing nothing. I used blizzard on 3 targets and spent my entire mana bar resulting in 140 hits. I didn’t get a single proc of death and decay gem, boiling blood, and honestly for every other on cast gem. none of them proc hardly at all and they do less than 100 damage. It’s very lame…. Makes me not want to play my mage at all. Might as well not even have a gem equipped.
