Rogue Does somehow get Sometimes Negative haste, so my Weapon with Standard speed of 1,80 goes to 2,18.
Still didnt figured whats causing it, but i think its either one of abilitys from Rogue like Slice and Dice or Blade flurry, or the Haste Talent.
Swapping weapons for a second fixes it but almost every fight it goes up again.
Sometimes Slower speed sometimes only a bit.

With my Current Stats it Should be 1.50 Speed, but goes sometimes to 1,82 or 2,18
Caused by Blade Flurry and Slice and Dice to get negative haste
Not Caused by Astral Haste improvement, its caused my Simple haste Rating.
I think cause we have a Locked 1.30 Speed the calculations goes wrong with Haste Rating
If your weapon having base Fast speed like 1.8 Speed and you use Slice and Dice and Reach the Haste Cap of 1.30 and the debuff wearing off you get wrong Calculations back so it gets slower, If you put a weapon with slower Rate like 2.60 and Reach 1.31 Speed it works fine, Everything that goes over that cap with Increased Attack Speed causing the Haste to get Bugged.
