After returning to the NPC 10299 – Scarshield Infiltrator is not changing to Vaelan
NPC should be recognize that player has a completed seal and change to human form.
Forged Seal of Ascension 12324 should be recognized by the NPC as upgraded version of Unadorned Seal of Ascension 12219.
