Raid Release Roadmap

May 1, 2026 · Astral Update
Project Astral server roadmap

Our raid progression will follow a structured release path across Classic, The Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King.

Instead of unlocking every raid at once, content will be released tier by tier. Each phase is designed to give players clear progression goals, meaningful raid milestones, and long-term endgame content through custom Mythic versions of earlier raids.

Gearing in Mythic Tiers (wont be a part at the start)

All Mythic tiers will feature special loot that can be upgraded through the Astral Hub.

Every Mythic item will drop as Mythic +0 and can be upgraded all the way up to Mythic +9. Each upgrade will increase the item’s stats and itemlevel, making your character stronger as you continue progressing through Mythic content.

Release Schedule

Each raid tier will be released in two-week intervals (might be Changed), giving players enough time to progress, prepare, and experience each phase before the next challenge unlocks.

If a raid tier includes both Normal and Heroic versions of the same raid, the Normal version will be released first, followed by the Heroic version a week later.

Thanks to our Raid Lockout Reset system, players will be able to reset all of their raid IDs at once. This allows you to participate in raids multiple times during a tier, progress through the content faster, and keep improving your character at a steady pace.

Final Note

This roadmap is designed to keep raid progression meaningful across every era.

Each expansion will have its own regular progression path, followed by custom Mythic tiers that bring older raids back into the endgame. Our goal is to make every raid matter, give every tier its own identity, and create a long-term progression path for both casual and dedicated raid groups.

Whether you are here for Classic, The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, or the custom Mythic endgame, every phase will offer something worth progressing toward.
